This exceptional Kilchoman 11 Years is a rare release from the renowned 100% Islay range – grown, malted, distilled, and matured entirely on the Isle of Islay.
For this edition, Kilchoman selected 16 ex-oloroso sherry butts from the 2011, 2012 and 2013 vintages, resulting in a deep red single malt with a distinct Islay character and a rich sherry profile.

Flavor profile

Nose: Warm raisins, stewed fruit, soft peat smoke, cocoa beans and red apple
Palate: Rich sherry sweetness, mocha, dark chocolate, raisins, caramel, spicy smoke and roasted barley
Finish: long, warming, salty-sweet, subtle peat, sherry notes linger elegantly
