This Knockdhu 11-Year-Old was bottled in September 2022 by Cadenhead's , Scotland's oldest independent bottler. It's part of the Original Collection , meaning it's not chill-filtered, has no added color , and is bottled at a pure 46% ABV .

Maturation took place in a combination of 30% bourbon and 70% Madeira casks , giving this whisky a slightly exotic and fruity dimension without losing its fresh Speyside character. Knockdhu is the distillery behind AnCnoc, known for its elegant, accessible, yet characterful style.

Tasting notes

• Nose: ripe yellow fruit, honey, citrus, soft malt and a hint of raisin

• Taste: fresh and smooth, with apple, pear, light caramels, subtle spiciness and a soft wine-like sweetness
