Custom-Grade dies are made from heat-treated steel to ensure reliability and durability. The inside of each die is hand-polished to a mirror finish that prevents scratching of cases. The Elliptical Expander reduces the friction and case-neck stretch commonly found on other expanders. This expander threads on so it can’t pull loose and eliminates the need for a separate expander die for “necking up” to the next larger caliber. Every Custom-Grade New Dimension die set comes in a convenient box to store fully adjusted dies, Lock-N-Load bushings, shell holders and a taper crimp die. Wrench flats located on the die body make adjustments easier and eliminate damage from pliers. The in-line bullet seating system includes a floating bullet alignment sleeve, floating steel seating steam and a built-in crimper for benchrest precision when seating bullets. The bullet seater alignment sleeve guides the bullet and case-neck into the die. Sure-Loc rings lock the die into position and provide precise adjustment.
