Kyara Taikan Japanese incense sticks are made from high-grade aloeswood. This resinous dark wood has a distinctively rich, complex scent that made it the incense of choice for ceremonies in the ancient Japanese Imperial Court. Nippon Kodo was the original incense supplier to the Japanese Emperor over 400 years ago and the premium incense brand is still going strong. The fabric-covered box contains 150 incense sticks with an approximate 25-minute burn time.
