One Gallon of our One TIME® Stain and Sealer Remover will cover about 150-200 square feet.

How to use One TIME’s Stain and Sealer Remover

Please wear rubber gloves and eye protections when applying because One TIME’s Stain and Sealer Remover is corrosive. Handle with care. Also, protect the grass and plant life by watering down the grass and plant life by the area you are using the Stain and Sealer Remover.

You can apply One TIME’s Stain and Sealer Remover on dry wood with an all plastic garden sprayer (not metal parts) or roll or brush it on. You can also agitate or work in sections if so desired.

Mist the remover with water if it starts drying on you wood. You do not want it to dry on the wood. After 15 – 20 minutes lightly pressure wash the remover off your wood. Do not harm the wood when using a power washer. If another area of your wood gets wet before applying the Stain and Sealer Remover it is OK. After you are done, if you see any spots, apply the Stain and Sealer Remover on that area and agitate with a synthetic bristle brush as needed to remove all of the old stain or sealer.
