Keiichi Inamine’s Moon Day: Men Going to Meet God (月の日 神に逢いに行く男達) is one of his most well-known works. Under the name Kochi-Shun, he was part of Mann House, known for producing Japanese gay videos, and was also affiliated with Creators, a publisher of gay photobooks. After establishing Kochi Photography Studio, he published several works, including Portraits of a Moment (1996). This book showcases his signature style—tanned bodies against deep black backgrounds, bold lighting, and rich colors like gold and red. With elements of shrines, kimonos, and traditional motifs, Inamine captures the unique beauty of Japanese youth.
