Our 'Formal Vellies' are a type of dress shoe that can be worn at smart casual or formal events. Wear them as your standard daily shoe; to your day to day business meetings or for special occasions. We use a heavy 'stitch down' pattern on a rugged sole resulting in comfortable but long-lasting footwear. The main body of the shoe or 'vamp' is comprised of cowhide, with smooth leather 'quarters' or sides to complement the hide colour variations and a padded insole for extra comfort. They are lined from heel to toe with leather suede, and the soles are made from a hard-wearing rubber compound which is durable and well-supported.

All our Sanga Collection footwear is handmade made from cowhides that have been hygienically tanned to international quality standards. They are enduring, water-resistant and easy to clean, simply wipe the hide with warm soapy water when necessary.
