Expansive Demolition Grout is a high-force chemical powder designed to break rock, boulders and concrete without explosives, jackhammers or heavy machinery. Simply mix with water and pour into pre-drilled holes. As the grout cures, it creates enormous expansion pressure that safely cracks and splits material.

How It Works

After mixing with water and pouring into drilled holes, the grout gradually expands as it cures, generating up to 130 MPa (18,000 psi) of expansive force to split rock or concrete.

Typical cracking time:
• Approximately 12–24 hours depending on temperature, material and drilling pattern.

Recommended Hole Size & Spacing

For best performance, drill holes:

Hole Diameter:
• Typically 30–40 mm (1.2–1.6 inch)
• Most commonly 38 mm (1.5 inch)

Curing Range: 25-50C Celsius

Hole Depth:
• Usually 80–90% of material depth

Hole Spacing:
• Generally 10–30 cm apart depending on rock hardness or concrete thickness.

Correct hole layout is essential for clean, controlled cracking.

Application Tips

Correct Water Ratio
Follow the recommended water-to-powder ratio exactly. Too much water reduces expansive strength.

Fast Working Time
After mixing, pour promptly—typically within 20–25 minutes.
