Highland Park Valfather (2019) is the third and final bottling in the Viking Legend trilogy and also the smokiest whisky in the series. This expression was inspired by Odin , the chief god in Norse mythology, and brings a more powerful peated style than one might expect from Highland Park.

The whisky matured entirely in refill and American oak sherry-seasoned casks , allowing the peat smoke to beautifully intertwine with honeyed sweetness, light citrus, and spicy woody notes. Despite its powerful character, Valfather remains elegant, smooth, and typically Orkney in style.
