If you're after serious protection, Hurricane Fenders are built to handle the job.  These solid foam fenders require no air pressure maintenance and won’t deflate, or lose shape over time.  Designed and made in New Zealand, these fenders are tough enough for the most demanding marine conditions. 

They’re crafted from closed cell PE foam and wrapped in a heavy-duty PVC shell that’s made to last.  A strong, integrated webbing runs right through the fender, taking the strain off the outer cover and directing any load to the secure attachment points.  With UV-resistant thread, reinforced stitching, and a rugged zip, every detail is built for strength and durability. 

Available in a wide range of colours and custom options, each fender is made to order—so just allow up to three weeks for manufacturing.

Additional Layer Options

Each fender comes standard with a full PVC cover. The following additional layers are available and worth considering:

• Grey marle fleece over single layer of PVC - for a softer / nicer surface against your hull or opposing surface.
• Double layer of PVC - for extra strength and durability against rougher surfaces.
