We Say

A collective of Japanese designers and artisans, Azmaya are known for their use of traditional materials and techniques, creating classic tableware with a contemporary touch. This exceptionally lightweight Tokoname teapot is fired with a cobalt pigment added to the clay, which gives the teapot a look of refinement. The unglazed finish lets you enjoy the exquisite matte texture of the clay.

Selector's Notes

The teapot features a very fine ceramic mesh tea-strainer at its spout - delicate and complex to produce, this design allows for the full richness of flavour to pour down to the last drop, without the strainer getting clogged.
