ADBL Roller D21 V2 Orbital Polisher, 21mm, 125mm is a multifunctional polishing machine with a 21 mm stroke. It is suitable wherever strong correction power combined with a perfect surface finish is required. The high motor torque makes it possible to work smoothly during polishing even on the hardest paint finish. The machine has an electronically controlled Soft Start system and a speed stabilization function. The long, flexible cable and the ergonomic head of the machine provide support during work lasting several hours. The unit is equipped with replaceable backing plates with a diameter of 150 mm and 125 mm, which allow adapting the tool to various surface shapes. With this functionality, you can easily adapt the equipment to larger or smaller surfaces, which increases the flexibility and versatility of the unit. This is confirmed by extensive, multi-stage equipment testing carried out before the product was introduced to the market.

Machine operation:

The machine can be used for paint polishing or wax application with increased speed and intensity compared to a rotary polishing machine. The eccentric movements performed by the machine are also known as Dual Action. This means the machine makes many small oval movements per minute, comparable to hand rotary movements. The rotational and eccentric movements never fully overlap, because the polishing disc rotates freely around the axis. With this technology, the machine operates safely and efficiently, minimizing the risk of holograms and scratches on the surface.
