Cannot decide if you need the heavier or the lighter Handiband option? Get both!
If recovering from an injury, this is a great idea! Start with the orange Handiband (the lighter option) and work to develop the strength to use the green Handiband (the heavier resistance option).
Often the orange Handiband can be good for arm exercises and the green for leg exercises. This is especially true for ladies.
Please keep in mind if you decrease the length of the elastic band of the Handiband you will also increase the overall tension.
