The electrically deployable tow bar is operated via a switch in the rear loadspace and also by infotainment systems. It is sensitive to obstruction encountered during deploying/stowing and will stow automatically if necessary. The electrically deployable tow bar is stowed discreetly behind the rear bumper when not in use providing a clean attractive finish. The towing electrics are included and are also hidden until deployed. Includes nose load measuring feature up to 200kg. Approved for up to 3,500kg trailer load and nose load 350kg. Includes a unique trailer light test facility which allows the driver to check without assistance if the trailer lights, including reverse and brake lights, are functioning correctly. The trailer light test is activated via either a switch in the loadspace or via the touchscreen, depending on the vehicle’s specification. Kit includes electrically deployable tow bar, TBM3/TRM bracket, TBM3 module, harness, switch, double cavity switch bezel, four M6 nuts, tow eye cover, eight harness tie wraps and three harness tie wraps with integral clip. For 110 OCTA only. For vehicles fitted with air suspension and have a Lunar interior. Kit supplied with Moonlight Satin tow eye cover. Towing electrics are capable of powering caravans, trailers or lighting boards including those fitted with rear mounted LED lamp kits. However there is a minimum current required which some auxiliary lighting may not support. Please refer to the Owner's Handbook for details of the minimum and maximum electrical loading supported.
