In 1966, the renowned Czech magician Lubor Fiedler accidentally discovered what we now know as the beloved Gozinta Boxes while moving packages in his apartment. This groundbreaking concept debuted at the 1970 FISM convention in Amsterdam.

The Gozinta Boxes effect is a mesmerizing topological illusion: A smaller box is removed from within a larger box, and when the positions are reversed, the outer box seamlessly fits inside the inner box creating a stunning paradox.

The Effect

Imagine three nested boxes: just like 3 Matryoshka-Russian dolls, the largest contains an intermediate which itself contains a smaller box.
