*Formulated fresh before each use. Store oils in a cool, dark place. Keep carrier oil ready for dilution.
In a clean palm or glass bowl, add 10ml of Sweet Almond Oil. Then drop in the essential oils one by one: 5 drops Frankincense, 4 drops Chamomile Roman (3% in jojoba), 3 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Ginger, and 2 drops Juniper Berry. Stir gently with a glass stick or your clean fingertip until well blended. Use immediately for massage on legs, feet, or other affected areas.
After preparing your personalized blend, apply it to affected areas such as calves, ankles, lower back, or feet. Gently massage for 10–15 minutes using upward, circular motions, ideally after bathing or foot soaking.
This product is not recommended during pregnancy. If breastfeeding, avoid applying to the chest area or where the baby may come in contact.
