Arching over the anchor is the motto, Nil Desperandum or Do Not Despair. The seal itself has an inner glow and an almost moonstone-like adularescence that shimmers across the surface of the seal and you move your hand around. And you will move your hand around, contemplating this beautiful ring, because it has a very quiet 'centering' quality that emanates from it, almost as if it is lit from within with some ancient wisdom. We love rubbing our finger gently over the arched top of the seal, it's very meditative.
