A Deba knife is a traditional Japanese kitchen knife with a thick, sturdy blade, primarily used for filleting fish. This is a handmade very high quality knife that was found in an estate sale in Japan. When I received it it was rusty and needed a lot of TLC to bring it back to life. It's a one-of-a-kind and in the images you can see the forging. I put a Curly Maple and Rosewood handle on it.
