In this collage video, artist, author and experienced workshop instructor, Gina Rossi Armfield makes collage for the art journal an accessible process for everyone because the materials are simple, and the inspiration is in the bits and bobs you collect as you live life.

You'll create a monthly inspiration board to provide prompts for your journaling throughout the rest of the month, create a travel collage to document the more exotic experiences of your life and create a poetry journal collage using your own photographs. Plus Gina will share some of the many amazing things your can do with washi tape and guide you as you create your own signature stamps that can be used in your art journal collages. Bio/Intro:

Gina Rossi Armfield is a painter, photographer, wife and mother. She lives in Southern California with her husband, Mark, two sons, Grayson and Payton, and a herd of furry critters. Gina started painting when she was six years old and was lucky enough to find many mentors along the way that encouraged her to pursue her talents. She grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and in addition to painting spent most of her time riding and showing horses. A passion for the four leggeds endures to this day and can be seen in much of her work. Gina received her degrees in Fine Art as well as Education. She has taught people of all ages and continues to enrich her life by sharing her gifts with others. She has always had an interest in combining her love of photography and the written word with painting–exploring this aspect in all facets of her work.
