The heart of this catering system is a rolling hotdog warmer for heating pre-cooked sausages. A foamed compartment beneath the worktop is the perfect space to fit a single microwave, which is ideal to defrost frozen sausages and assist with warming up the hotdogs.

During transportation the hotdog machine is housed in the cupboard for protection, whilst the microwave can be built-in. The hotdog machine can then be removed and placed anywhere on the worktop for use. A single power connection is provided by PowerCon/13A plug (included). Plenty of storage is provided for by 2 x 60 litre and 1 x 21 litre removable Euro crate plastic containers, as well as two small drawers for accessories and utensils and a handy cupboard.

A handy optional extra is a Menu/Display Panel.  This matching panel is edged in aluminium channel and can be supplied as a Blackboard or Whiteboard to add your own menus. Alternatively, for that special event we can supply it with a digitally-printed graphic of your choice. We also highly recommended the slip-over protective cover, which will not only help to keep the flight cases in great condition, but also keep them clean and dust-free when not in use.
