This exceptional 1992 Glendronach was matured for 30 years in a PX Puncheon , one of the distillery's most intensely sweet and rich sherry casks. The result is a deep, dark, almost oily whisky full of power and elegance.

Flavor profile

Nose: Dark raisins, figs, dark chocolate, old sherry notes, leather and soft spices.
Palate: Thick, syrupy PX intensity – mocha, black cherry, plum jelly, cinnamon, walnuts and a deep woody sweetness.
Finish: Very long, warm, with cocoa, sweet oak resin and dried fruit that lingers.
