The Wellness + Meal Planning Consultation combines lifestyle and environmental wellness support with personalized meal planning guidance. This allows us to look at your pet’s day-to-day routines alongside their feeding approach, helping create a more cohesive and realistic plan.

After purchase, we will contact you to schedule the best time for your consultation. You will also receive a short questionnaire to help us understand your pet’s needs and concerns so we can make the session as personalized and effective as possible.

Following your consultation, you’ll receive detailed written notes summarizing key recommendations across both wellness and feeding, along with one follow-up email to support implementation.

Consultation Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Consultation times are reserved specifically for you. If you need to make a change, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Consultations may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.

• If a consultation is rescheduled a second time, the appointment becomes non-refundable.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refund or store credit.

• Consultations must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase.
