Focus Mk3 RS Mahle Motorsport Piston Set

The MAHLE pistons for the Focus RS Mk3 feature lightweight, ultra-strong slipper skirt forgings, lightweight German steel pins, and a steel nitrided ring set. The pistons are dual coated to give them their signature grey finish, first with phosphate to protect the pin bores from galling, then with MAHLE’s Grafal skirt coating for greatly reduced drag and wear. For maximum durability, the top ring grooves are hard anodized to protect against micro-welding, a feature that is not found on other aftermarket performance parts.
