The traditional process of basket weaving with willow is naturally sustainable because of the quick regrowing potential of the plant fibres. Our expert artisans use time-tested weaving techniques that result in highly decorative pieces.

We only use the finest wicker that is naturally lightweight and durable, as well as able to withstand the toughest conditions. The 25 cm, real-leather straps allow you to attach the oval basket to the front handlebars of your bike and hold it in place on even the bumpiest of bike rides.

Does the Heritage Oval Bike Basket Fit All Bikes?

Our heritage oval bike baskets fit on the front handlebars of any adult bike. Because of its 2 x 25cm straps, it can easily be attached. When purchasing a children’s bike, first measure the space between the front wheel and the handlebars and compare this with the product’s dimensions to ensure that it fits. We also offer children’s bicycle baskets if that is more suitable.

Does the Oval Basket Fit on the Front or Back?

The heritage oval bike basket is attached to the front of the bike’s handlebars using leather straps. It is not suitable to sit on the back of the bike, as the straps won’t be able to hold it in place and the basket won’t be able to position upright.

How Do You Attach a Bike Basket to a Bike?
