This limited-edition rum is crafted from a selection of the finest Dominican rum casks, aged between 8 and 15 years, resulting in an incredibly smooth and full-bodied spirit.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Nuanced spice and distinct oak character, with tones of arrack, dried figs, sultanas, brown sugar, and chocolate.

• Palate: Initial restrained sweetness, building with notes of arrack, dark chocolate, apricot, dried figs, nuts, butterscotch, and orange.

• Finish: Clear barrel character with a touch of sweetness, very well-rounded and full-bodied. 

Unfiltered for Authenticity

This rum is unfiltered, ensuring the intensity of character is retained. While some cloudiness may appear in the bottle, this does not affect the flavor or taste; instead, it indicates the liquid’s high quality.
