"Whispers of the Night" was inspired by a pair of Sandhill cranes I encountered during my visits to Florida - two graceful souls I named Mika and Tika. Each morning, I would listen for the sound of their wings cutting through the air before they landed near a pond to begin their elegant dance. Their connection, their quiet devotion, stayed with me long after. In this painting, I wanted to capture that feeling - the serenity of love that transcends time and the beauty found in shared moments. Beneath a moonlit sky filled with dragonflies and lotus blossoms, their dance becomes a reminder that even in silence, love speaks.
