How to prepare 

Nutrify Slimming Tea

Drink twice a day, once in the morning before breakfast and once before going to bed. Use one teaspoon per cup,  add slightly more water than the cup's capacity. Boil for 3-4 min, then strain and serve. 

Nutrify Chia Seeds

Add half a teaspoon of chia seeds to lukewarm water and add half a lemon. Mix well. Take this before having breakfast. You can also incorporate chia seeds into your detox water by adding half a teaspoon of chia seeds along with cucumber, mint, ginger, and lemon to the water. Drink this throughout the day.
