Distilled from 100% Belgian barley and matured in first-fill bourbon casks , this young Owl results in a surprisingly fresh, lively whisky with a beautiful balance of grain, wood, and citrus.

Taste: Young but full of character – creamy vanilla, sweet malt, pear, green apple and a hint of white pepper
