An Islay whisky that doesn't shout, but whispers powerfully. Aonadh (Gaelic for "Union") brings together precisely that: the refined silkiness of Bunnahabhain and the raw intensity of sherry and port casks.

This 10-year-old bottling opens with deep aromas of dark cherries, dark chocolate, and warm raisins, followed by elegant notes of roasted nuts and a hint of saltiness typical of its coastal distillery. On the palate, you get a full, creamy explosion of plum jam, blackcurrant, toffee, and subtle oak, beautifully rounded out by the powerful 56.2% ABV, which intensifies each layer of flavor.

The finish is long, rich and warming – a combination of fruity sweetness and dark wood spices that fades slowly like a campfire on an Islay night.
