Our XO blend is balanced from selected Caribbean Rums (from Guyana & Barbados) that have spent between 8 and 15 years maturing in American oak barrels. Once blended we rest the rum for a further year before finishing with a pinch of flaky sea salt. The taste is full, complex and long, with rich toffee and butterscotch notes and a hint of saline.
