750ml Tarapaca Cabernet Sauvignon is a Chilean wine from the Maipo Valley, crafted using a blend of 85% Cab and 14% Syrah.

This is a really exciting Cabernet Sauvignon, bursting with aromas of black cherry and clove, coffee beans and spice. The rich palate gives cassis, fig and black plum along with nutmeg, tobacco and leather. Round tannins contribute to an impression of sweetness on the palate, although this is not a sweet wine. This is a food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon and offers excellent value. Pair this red wine with your next prime rib or roast pork tenderloin. Cellar potential, 3-5 years.
