Goods must be returned within 30 Days from invoice date, postage paid by buyer.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

All returns must be authorised before returning items.

All items are covered by the standard 12 month manufacturer warranty enforceable by consumer law in Australia.

All items are posted out using Australia Post.

We post out Monday to Friday, items are posted within one business day of payment being received..

Postage times are under the control of Australia Post.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
