WINE STORY
Staple Street Sauvignon Blanc is named after a tiny cobblestone street in TriBeCa with a beautiful, patina bridge built over 100 years ago that connects two apartments. This iconic street has long been a favorite of ours for dog walks, Sunday strolls and many of Matt’s photo shoots.
TASTING NOTES
Tightly wound lime pith and grapefruit peel open up to exhilarating aromas of lemon, lime, grapefruit and lemongrass met with cut lawn and crushed cement on the nose. The flavor profile is clean and crisp with notes of gooseberry, tangerine and slate on the palette, leading to a textural mouthfeel and minerally finish.
