History

• Place Of Origin: United States.
• Date Period: Circa 1940. Comes complete with a typed note from 1954 and the original Tiffany & Co Ring Box with pouch, aligning with the period of the ring. We bought the ring directly from a distant family member who recalls it being her grandmothers engagement ring bought in the NYC Tiffany store in 1946 just after the war.

• Diamond weight: 0.79ct. VS clarity. H Colour; approximately.
• Diamond size: Length 5.6mm; Width 5.6mm; Depth 3.9mm

Band

• Metal Composition: 14ct yellow gold.
• Band Size: UK I 1/2 / US 4.5.
• Resizing: Single complimentary re-size available. This ring can easily be re-sized up or down to any size.

The ring overall

• Front Head Dimensions: Length 6.7mm; Width 6.7mm; Height of setting 6mm
• General Wear: Excellent; wear commensurate with age.
• Condition: Stone is secure, safely set with gold fully covering it, no damage to the setting. Minor scratches due to age. There are no major marks or scratches that we feel necessary to mention. Tiffany mark lost when ring was reduced in size.
