Redbreast 12 Cask Strength is the pure, unadulterated expression of one of Ireland's most beloved whiskeys. While the standard 12 Year Old is already a benchmark, this cask-strength version takes things to the next level: more power, more depth, and an explosion of aromas that only a traditional single pot still whiskey can deliver.

Batch B1/22 is considered one of the better recent releases, thanks to its perfect balance between bourbon and sherry influences.

Flavor profile

Nose: Rich notes of ripe banana, dried fruits, honey, roasted nuts and warm spices.
Palate: Full, oily and explosive; red berries, sherry sweetness, panna cotta, dried fig, cloves, cocoa and warming pot still spices.
Finish: long, creamy and spicy with beautiful sherry notes and a hint of oak.
